Dyana is available for private sessions.
Healing occurs through understanding and purification. We heal through practices that bring insight and clarity, practices that support integration of the body and mind. The core principle of all healing is to remain fully present with what is. The moment will reveal and heal itself when our other agendas are out of the way. Healing is trusting in life.
Dyana offers many tools and exercises to support people on this journey.
She works from the Buddhist tantric perspective which assures us that we are already whole, wise and creative. We have just forgotten. Our journey is to remember, to wake up to the fullness we are. She provides clear guidance on this path back to the heart, into the peace and joy inherent within each moment.
You will be exploring with her in three ways
Physical body
Lifestyle choices. The body needs to move to stay healthy. When the body is healthy then the mind is strong and more positive.
Body awareness practices establish a warm, living relationship with our body.
Earth awareness practices re-establish our connection to the earth.
Somatic and simple yoga practices bring the body back into physical alignment and correct dysfunctions postural habits.
Yoga asana and tantric meditations heighten our experience of the way the elements (earth, water, fire and air) manifest in the body.
Energetic body
Breath work brightens and balances the energies of the body.
Kum Nye clears and enhances the life-giving radiance within us.
Pranic exercises bring the pranas, the winds of life, back into balance.
Simple yoga poses with directed awareness align and clear the nadis and energy fields.

“Wanderer, your footsteps are the road, and nothing more; wanderer, there is no road, the road is made by walking. By walking one makes the road, and upon glancing behind one sees the path that never will be trod again. Wanderer, there is no road — Only wakes upon the sea.”
Antonio Machado y Ruíz (July 26, 1875 – February 22, 1939)
