Drawing on ancient Chinese and Tibetan concepts and practices, Dyana Wells and Dr Violet Sherwood integrate four complementary disciplines to invite states of energy, flow and wellbeing.

The retreat will introduce Five Element Qigong alongside the other movement and meditation practices.
